Senior Care Medication Manager

About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN or LVN to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. You'll work closely with our residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and procedures.
- Conduct daily medication reviews and updates to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Document resident medication administration, including any refusals or missed doses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident medication and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in training and education programs to stay current on best practices and regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A valid LPN or LVN license in good standing.
- Previous experience working with seniors in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.
