Job Summary

Lifeways Inc is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Director to lead our compliance and quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Program Management
    • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive compliance program that ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
    • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Regulatory Affairs
    • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure that the organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and deliver training programs to staff on compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management and the board of directors on compliance and quality assurance matters.
    • Communicate compliance and quality assurance information to staff and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Masters degree in a relevant field such as business, law, or healthcare.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
  • Certifications
    • Certified Healthcare Compliance Certification (CHC) or equivalent.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
