Rental Fleet Technician

We are seeking a skilled Rental Fleet Technician to join our team at Stowers Machinery Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our rental fleet of heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and take corrective action to prevent downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of the rental fleet.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices for equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- 1-2 years of experience in equipment maintenance or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional pressure to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to lift 20-70 pounds occasionally and push or pull up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
