Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations across the community
- Evaluate and manage external contractors
- Coordinate fire drills and maintain safety records
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies for buildings and equipment
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of new maintenance staff
- Possess a broad understanding of building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, HVAC, and life safety systems
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
- HVAC certification is preferred but not mandatory
