We are in search of a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our apartment readiness process. This role will collaborate closely with the Maintenance Director and liaise with Sales and Maintenance teams to prepare apartments for new residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily maintenance operations across the community
  • Evaluate and manage external contractors
  • Coordinate fire drills and maintain safety records
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies for buildings and equipment
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of new maintenance staff
  • Possess a broad understanding of building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, HVAC, and life safety systems
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
  • HVAC certification is preferred but not mandatory
