Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team, assisting the General Manager in driving membership growth. In this role, you will focus on attracting new members, nurturing relationships, ensuring a delightful customer experience, and guiding prospective members through the sales journey. While familiarity with boutique fitness is advantageous, it is not a requirement for this part-time role. Availability for a rotating weekend morning shift is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service abilities
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Capability to cultivate robust customer relationships
  • Results-driven with a talent for meeting sales objectives
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude
  • Experience with ClubReady software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads, following up, and closing sales
  • Conducting tours of the facility and understanding individual fitness goals
  • Maintaining personal sales performance
  • Promoting and selling club offerings
  • Scheduling appointments to achieve sales targets
  • Participating in events to enhance club visibility
  • Developing sales techniques
  • Accurately processing transactions
  • Following up with potential clients
  • Completing training initiatives
  • Assisting with inventory management
  • Performing light cleaning tasks
  • Other assigned duties
