Position Title: Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful execution of all project components, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial forecasts, ensuring the contract aligns with financial objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Manage contract operations, including coordination of meetings, scope definition, scheduling, customer relations, and job cost management.
  • Assess project efficiency, controlling operational costs in line with budgetary constraints and contractual obligations.
  • Provide technical guidance and supervision to project staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Advise client personnel on construction-related issues and potential challenges.
  • Guide project coordinators in procurement of materials, supplies, and services.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and record-keeping for all project-related correspondence and reports.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, adhering to all internal and external safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in HVAC, plumbing, or building management controls.
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management within General Trades.
  • Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $10 million.
  • Strong understanding of proposal writing, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and direct all phases of new or renovation projects.
  • Proficient in resolving complex issues through collaboration with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage diverse groups of professionals.
  • Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively, adapting to shifting priorities.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $138,000 - $175,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
