We are seeking a skilled Overnight Cashier to join our team at Jackson Energy. As an Overnight Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth transactions during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer purchases and process payments accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience
  • Accurately ring up sales and merchandise, offering available discounts/promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness, inside and outside the store
  • Properly label, rotate and stock shelves, coolers, and displays
Requirements
  • Flexible availability to support business needs for a 24/7 operation
  • Excellent communication and a friendly can-do attitude
  • A history of leading by example and doing the right thing
  • A level of knowledge of cashiering in food service or retail environments preferred
  • The ability to think quick on your feet and react to change

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand for an extended period

  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
