Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales-oriented advice to prospective students primarily over the phone or in personal conversations and convince them to study at our university.
  • Actively approach prospective students (only warm leads) and guide them to sign a study contract.
  • Represent IU at schools, fairs, and information days on site, serving as the first point of contact and face of the university for prospective students at the Berlin campus.
  • Work closely with colleagues in B2B sales and other department teams to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • You enjoy selling study and further education programs and have previous experience in B2C sales.
  • You have a commercial education or a completed degree, preferably in areas such as human resources, business psychology, marketing, industry, office management, or wholesale and foreign trade.
  • You are outgoing, communicative, and passionate about primarily working over the phone.
  • You enjoy working in a goal-oriented, structured manner and have a strong affinity for numbers, making you enjoy working with KPIs.
  • You have excellent German language skills and are proficient in using common MS Office programs.
