At Saint Francis Community Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Centered Treatment Specialist/Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide intensive prevention services to families in their home, helping them develop the skills and solutions they need to reduce risks and maintain wholeness.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-home family treatment, adhering to the Family Centered Treatment model
- Enroll in Wheels of Change and complete FCT certification within 1 year of start date
- Attend and participate in weekly team supervision meetings
- Complete and maintain all program fidelity documents, reports, and assessments
- Provide intervention to families in crisis situations
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a drug screen, MVR, KBI, Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry Clearance Check, an Adult Registry check, and a FBI Fingerprint check
- Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation
- A fulfilling career supporting healthy families
- Home-based office option when not in sessions with families
