Senior Executive Chef

Job Summary
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Senior Area Executive Chef to support multiple regions throughout the United States. This position will have a focus on culinary training and coaching and be involved in the implementation of new brands and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;
- Train and motivate a large team with passion and understanding and establish direction;
- Have high expectations for customer service and quality of food;
- Have a passion for food and innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a culinary lead working in multi-site units/high-volume facilities;
- Knowledge of school age meal patterns (preferred);
- Proven track record for developing, coaching, leading, and engaging culinary teams;
- Strong culinary background;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies;
- Strong management skills;
- Bilingual (preferred).

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of management experience
3 years of functional experience
