Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team at Casa Real Center in Santa Fe, NM. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and enhancing patient/family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients and residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Competitive hourly rate: $30 - $35 per hour
