Plant Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team at USPRO. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electromechanical equipment and systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on heating, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
2. Diagnose and rectify problems with equipment and systems, including High Pressure Steam boilers, air conditioning systems, and generators.
3. Respond to emergency calls and operate emergency equipment as needed.
4. Enter operating data in logs and prepare deficiency lists and reports.
Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Third class engineer license or higher required.
3. Four years of technical experience with electromechanical equipment and systems.
4. Three years of experience in operations maintenance and repair of equipment and systems similar to those used in facilities.
5. Previous supervisory experience.
