  • Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with their individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
  • Current LPN licensure (or eligibility) in Ohio and Kentucky

  • Effective communication skills with team members, clients, and family members
