Candidate Profile:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline is preferred, along with relevant experience in the field.
  • Experience with Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) calculations.
  • Background in budget oversight.
  • Proficiency in invoicing related to state and federal contracts.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online.
  • Expertise in financial reporting across various timelines: monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
  • Strong credit and background history due to the fiduciary nature of the role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team and explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Willingness to adhere to a work schedule from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with Fridays off.
