Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled Building Automation System and Service Specialists to join our team at Siemens Industry, Inc. in the Raleigh area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining building automation systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission building automation systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building automation systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our services and offerings.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in building automation systems, with a focus on installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of building automation protocols, including LON, BACnet, N2, Modbus, and others.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in building automation systems, with a focus on installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Advanced knowledge of building automation protocols, including LON, BACnet, N2, Modbus, and others.
  • Experience with Siemens building automation systems and software, including Desigo and Apogee.
