Job Title: Registered Nurse

Carolina Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Laurens County Community Care Center.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with healthcare providers, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care and managing patient health
  • Conduct pre-visit planning, reviewing patient charts and collecting relevant information
  • Prepare patients for examinations and treatment, taking vital signs and assessing patient needs
  • Perform routine lab procedures, including phlebotomy and IV administration
  • Administer non-intravenous injections and maintain patient documentation
  • Assist in care management, following standing orders, and maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Order and maintain medications, work with pharmacy protocols, and triage patient communications
  • Participate in professional development activities and maintain clinical skills
  • Treat patients, families, and staff with dignity and respect
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited program of practical nurse education (LPN) or registered nurse (RN)
  • Licensed by South Carolina and in good standing as a LPN/RN
  • BCLS certification
  • Experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered
Physical Abilities:
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Able to push, pull, and reach, sit, stoop, and stretch
  • Have full range of body motion
  • Have normal range of hearing and eyesight
Salary:

Starting at $27.36/hour
