Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a PRN basis in the Dublin, GA area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and autonomous professional to work in a dynamic and growing healthcare organization.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will work as a Nurse Practitioner, performing comprehensive health assessments in the home setting. This role requires a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform annual comprehensive health assessments in the home setting
- Work autonomously to see Medicare age patients, with support from a contact center
- Travel up to 120 miles per day, with mileage reimbursement
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), or Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
- Experience in urgent care or ambulatory settings preferred
- Open to new grad Nurse Practitioners
- Competitive compensation of $90 per completed assessment
