Job Summary

As an Inventory Specialist at CEVA Logistics, you will be responsible for performing inventory reconciliations and identifying discrepancies. This role requires attention to detail and a passion for inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Run inventory reports using the appropriate inventory query from the WMS program and transfer data to the Count Sheet template and shared network.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and enter quantities onto the Count Sheet. Record and enter count results into the system.
• Research inventory discrepancies by cycle counting discrepant items and running transaction history to identify the last locations that products were stored.
• Conduct searches of staging areas and perform empty location audits. Record and report the results of the count and audits.
• Assist in other areas such as operations, shipping, and receiving as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• Forklift Driver certification.
• Valid state-issued driver's license (preferred).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
• Accurate typing skills and/or data entry.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write basic correspondence.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
