About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Prime Video. As a key member of our Content Publishing Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end content operations of Amazon's in-house studios, including Amazon MGM Studios, MGM+, and Freevee.

As a Digital Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of newly launched products within our in-house studios. This includes advising product and technical teams on specifications and business requirements, creating and executing partner communication plans, leading change management across multiple organizations, and delivering against adoption goals being tracked at the VP level or above.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise product and technical teams on specifications and business requirements for new products
  • Define and execute communication strategies for new product launches
  • Lead change management of installing new processes and ways of working within our in-house studios
  • Measure and report out to senior leaders adoption rates of new product launches, pivoting strategies where required to deliver against goal
  • Work effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally with Prime Video Catalog technology teams, engineers, Studio Productions, Analytics, Product, and Video Content Services

Our mission is to make available to Prime Video customers the largest and highest quality, and most enriched catalog of video content anywhere in the world. We aim to create a friction-free self-service delivery experience that meets the needs of all studio partners regardless of size, budget, location, language, or technical capability.

By doing so, we remove distribution limitations and level the playing field across studios, so every title is available to every customer worldwide and the best content wins.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Supply Chain Management, Operational Management, Business Development, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience writing memos, documents, or status reports that were reviewed by Senior Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines and achieve VP-level goals
  • Ability to influence internal and external senior level stakeholders without authority
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Operational Management, or Program Management within large global organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations counterparts to deliver results and exceed VP-level goals
  • Ability to understand customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development and adoption
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills
  • Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required
