Senior Program Manager, Prime Video Ads

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join the Prime Video Ads team. As a key member of the Program Management team, you will be responsible for driving the Prime Video Ads policy program, working closely with cross-functional teams to represent PVA policy preferences and provide recommendations that impact global content policies.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that is helping redefine the future of video advertising. You will have the chance to balance business requirements, brand implications, and customer experience, while working on fast-paced and challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the PVA policy program to inform go-to-market priorities and business approach.
- Review existing policies, gathering inputs across stakeholders, and ensuring the PVA ads preference is incorporated into global ad policies for PV.
- Work across multiple global organizations to develop policy recommendations that impact the PVA business.
- Manage PVA related customer escalations with regards to any policy considerations.
- Provide regular program updates and share insights with stakeholders from all levels of the organization.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of leading large complex programs experience.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
