About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Human Resources to join our team at Riverside Community Hospital. As a strategic partner, you will provide guidance on human resources and talent management to support business performance and quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to prioritize critical business challenges and deploy effective HR interventions.
  • Collaborate with regional HR heads, centers of excellence, and service centers to improve enterprise-wide programs and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Masters preferred).
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in a facility setting.
  • A strong background in human resources, preferably with a PHR or SPHR certification.
