Job Summary

We are seeking a Geologist to join our Southern, CA team. As a Geologist at Atlas, you will assist in conducting and managing research on geologic information, identify potential geological impacts from proposed projects, and assist with the development of technical reports and measurements to mitigate impacts.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on geologic information and provide recommendations for project development.
  • Assist in identifying potential geological impacts from proposed projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and manage technical reports and measurements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, or other related fields.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant professional licensure and certifications.
  • Applied and Natural Science Accreditation Commission of ABET certification preferred.
