Job Summary

We are seeking a Geologist to join our team in Southern, CA. The successful candidate will assist in conducting and managing research on geologic information, identifying potential geological impacts from proposed projects, and developing technical reports and measurements to mitigate impacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on geologic information and provide recommendations to project teams
  • Assist in identifying potential geological impacts from proposed projects and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Develop and manage technical reports and measurements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in field investigations and data collection
  • Map and evaluate geological data to inform project decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Relevant professional licensure and certifications
  • Applied and Natural Science Accreditation Commission of ABET Certification preferred
  • Ability to prepare and interpret geologic maps, cross sections, stratigraphic columns, and written reports

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,800 - $95,680 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.
