Job Summary

Mental Health Association - Western MA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Homeless Housing Programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of services to participants, ensuring the effective management of the program in accordance with organizational objectives and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver services to participants within the Homeless Housing Programs
  • Assess needs and develop and implement service plans
  • Provide leadership and clinical and administrative supervision to members of the Homeless Housing team
  • Ensure management of program in accordance with leadership objectives, organizational mission, policies, practices, program funding, and applicable regulatory agency guidelines
  • Provide direct supervision to 2-5 personnel
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Three to five years of related professional experience, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity
  • Experience working with homeless populations and proven clinical knowledge and understanding of mental illness and substance abuse disorders and treatments
  • Experience with group facilitation
  • Lived experience in recovery and/or homelessness preferred
