Key Responsibilities- Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers.
- Work collaboratively with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners' mission of delivering high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a concentration in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of two years' experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA in states where practice allows.
- Comprehensive 90-day training program and continued support.
- New and recent graduate mentorship and clinical education program.
