We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist II to join our team at The Scion Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Respond to maintenance and repair service requests, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and ensure the safety and functionality of our properties.
- Facilities Management: Maintain the physical condition of our properties according to our Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, and industry standards.
- Operational Support: Assist in creating emergency and disaster preparedness plans, maintain key management protocols and security, and coordinate delivery and work schedules with vendors and contractors.
- Technical Expertise: Diagnose and perform routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner, and ensure all service requests are completed.
- Education and Experience: High school/GED or trade school diploma and a minimum of 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination.
- Certifications: HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II & III), Certified Pool Operator (CPO), or intention to obtain within six months.
- Skills and Abilities: Clear and effective communication skills, knowledge of key management and security systems, knowledge of safety procedures, and ability to work with pressure of aggressive deadlines.
