Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Equipment Maintenance Specialist to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair lift trucks and other equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lift trucks and other equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitude, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics, and internal combustion engines
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Technical degree and previous lift truck repair experience preferred
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
