Position Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and seasoned Commercial Estimator. The successful candidate will be tasked with generating precise and competitive cost assessments for commercial door and window initiatives. A solid grasp of construction methodologies, materials, and industry benchmarks is essential for this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Examine project blueprints and specifications to create comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Engage with sales teams, project managers, and clients to ascertain project needs.
  • Draft and deliver bid proposals that encompass labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Identify and assess cost elements, including production timelines and raw material costs.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics, pricing structures, and construction practices.

  • Revise and update estimates in light of project modifications and client input.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
