We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Photo Project Coordinator to join our award-winning Creative department at Uline. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and submitting photo requests, working closely with Product Managers to gather information and samples for photography.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing product shots for catalog and web images.
  • Project Management: Manage projects, approve proofs, and maintain quality standards during the photo check process.
  • Digital Asset Management: Conduct daily management of assets and jobs in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Asset Publishing: Maintain and publish assets to the website.
  • Image Editing: Make minor photo and text edits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Photography Studio, Imaging Team, Asset Management, or Digital Media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related Adobe Creative Suite programs.
  • Digital Asset Management, Adobe Experience Manager, Excel, and Image editing experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
