We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Maggiano's Little Italy Perimeter. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our signature dishes, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every meal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
