Sales and Marketing Territory Manager

A highly skilled and driven individual is sought after by Agriland FS to fill the role of Sales and Marketing Territory Manager. This critical position will focus on leading the marketing efforts of professional crop specialists to expand our seed business within a specified geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster growth in profitable seed sales through strategic planning and execution
- Nurture relationships with key customers and prospects to drive business development
- Cultivate effective partnerships with Crop Specialists to enhance sales capabilities
- Deliver comprehensive training programs to Crop Specialists on sales strategies and product knowledge
- Guide and oversee seed marketing initiatives, prioritizing customer retention and expansion
- Collaborate with Procurement Manager and supply chain teams to ensure seamless ordering processes
This position demands exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Strong decision-making abilities, coupled with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, are also crucial.
