Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster growth in profitable seed sales through strategic planning and execution
  • Nurture relationships with key customers and prospects to drive business development
  • Cultivate effective partnerships with Crop Specialists to enhance sales capabilities
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs to Crop Specialists on sales strategies and product knowledge
  • Guide and oversee seed marketing initiatives, prioritizing customer retention and expansion
  • Collaborate with Procurement Manager and supply chain teams to ensure seamless ordering processes

This position demands exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Strong decision-making abilities, coupled with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, are also crucial.
