New Home Sales Specialist

As a New Home Consultant, you will be responsible for selling potential homebuyers the dream of homeownership, guiding customers through the LGI Homes new home sales process. This role involves setting appointments, closing sales, and meeting annual sales goals.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from $166,660 to $397,180+, with uncapped earning potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 4% match, a paid car and phone allowance, an employee stock purchase plan, and a new home discount. Hourly base compensation is anticipated at $16/hour based on a 40-hour work week, resulting in an annual compensation of $33,280. Commission is 1.5% paid on all closed sales, with bonuses ranging from $5,000 to $145,000 based on closed sales achievement.
Requirements
A top producing sales record, competitive spirit, and drive for success are required in this role. Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, are essential. A valid driver's license is required, and you must be willing to obtain an active real estate license.
