RN-Progressive Care Overflow Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Overflow team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a RN on our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with heart history and surgery patients post heart cath.
- Work collaboratively with a team of RNs and LPNs to ensure seamless patient care.
- Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- A current state RN license or a current RN licensure with a multistate compact state.
- An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days after hire date.
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date.
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.
