RN-Progressive Care Overflow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Overflow team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing specialized plan-of-care intervention and innovative approaches to patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, utilizing critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current state RN license or current RN licensure with a multistate compact state.
- Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days after hire date.
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date.
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.
