We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Overflow team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a PCU 4 RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, utilizing specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient transitions and efficient unit operations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- A competitive salary and a $15,000 commitment-incentive bonus.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as flexible-spending and health-savings accounts.

- A current state RN license or a current RN licensure with a multistate compact state.
