We are excited to announce that East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is now hiring a talented Physician to join our team at the Health Center located at 100 Bullocks Point, Riverside, RI. As a member of our Accountable Care Organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive services to the community.
Estimated Salary: $200,000 - $280,000 per yearThe ideal candidate will possess an MD (allopathic) or DO (osteopathic) degree, with completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine. Key responsibilities include providing direct medical services, such as health promotion, disease prevention, routine health maintenance visits, and acute care for all age groups.
Job Responsibilities:- Focus on delivering exceptional patient care, prioritizing health promotion, disease prevention, and routine health maintenance visits and acute care for all age groups.
- Act as a patient advocate, educating them on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and prognosis.
- Maintain open communication with patients, referring them to specialty physicians when necessary.
- Collaborate with the care team, supervising allied health professionals, including physician assistants, nurses, and medical assistants.
- MD (allopathic) or DO (osteopathic) degree.
- Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine.
- Licensure through the RI Department of Health.
- DEA registration/RI Controlled Substance Licensure.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
