About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and therapeutically effective care to our patients. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Prioritize and coordinate patient care with other members of the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
  • CURRENT Rhode Island RN licensure required
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize patient care
