Aerotek is seeking a skilled Rework Operator to join our team in Santa Ana, California. As a Rework Operator, you will be responsible for performing detailed and routine solder repair operations on assemblies, routing them to the next operation.
This is a fully on-site position that requires top-secret clearance and ITAR compliance. The facility is clean and fast-paced, with headquarters in Santa Ana. It is a manufacturing facility certified under AS9100 and ITAR regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform soldering operations on assemblies, ensuring high-quality results
- Route assemblies to the next operation, maintaining efficient workflow
- Work with electromechanical assemblies, following work instructions and blueprints
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean work area, adhering to safety and ESD practices
- 2+ years of experience in soldering and electromechanical assembly
- IPC Certification and soldering experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.50-$21.50
- 4/10 Schedule: 1st Shift - 5AM-3:30PM Mon-Thur, with availability required on Fri
