We are assisting a reputable non-profit organization in Trenton, NJ in their search for a Bilingual Case Manager. If you meet the qualifications below, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with pregnant/parenting women and families to engage them in activities and services.
  • Complete intakes with program participants and determine their level of basic needs.
  • Connect families to services and provide case management, screenings, and parent education services.
  • Conduct or co-facilitate parenting education, stress management, and family health workshops/groups.
  • Enter program data into HRSA and ETO databases and complete required follow-up surveys.
  • Distribute pantry food bags and other items as needed.
  • Welcome visitors to the Parent Child Center and assist families with completing applications for benefits.
  • Communicate daily with the Family Centered Services Coordinator/Case Manager for assignments and activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
  • Case management/social work experience.
  • Quick learner.
  • Passionate about helping the community.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan. Paid leave and holiday pay may also be available.
