Job Title: Epic Principal Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Epic Principal Trainer to join our team at HighCloud Solutions. As an Epic Principal Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our clients, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use Epic applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clients, including instructor-led training, online training, and on-the-job training.
  • Design and develop training materials, including courseware, presentations, and assessments.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in client knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to clients to help them apply their new skills and knowledge in the workplace.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Epic applications and technologies, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Principal Trainer or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Epic applications and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Epic applications, such as Willow Ambulatory (WAM) and Willow Inpatient (WIP).
  • Experience with training environments, such as MST environments.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
