Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista Team Member to join our team. As a Barista Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, producing high-quality products, and contributing to store profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and connecting with each customer, recommending products, and accommodating purchases to enhance the customer experience.
  • Produce high-quality products in accordance with company standards, including serving items that meet visual and product quality standards, demonstrating knowledge and practice of safe food handling, and following merchandising, stock, rotation, and storage standards.
  • Contribute to store profitability by following proper cash handling procedures and register policies, following inventory and stock guidelines, and assuming responsibility to learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista.
Requirements
  • Preferable supervisory and/or barista experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have valid identification.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
  • Special skills: customer-focused, strong interpersonal skills, and food handling certificate preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs.
  • Job cycles: continual maximum.
  • Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
  • Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
  • Max pull static: 20 lbs.
