We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Neuroscience department at JFK University Medical Center. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) NIGHT position that requires comprehensive health assessments and management of acute complex patients health problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to the overall area of specialty, educating unit staff and assisting in the development and annual review of policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement training/educational programs to ensure competencies and best practices among staff and students.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program (Masters).
- Advance Practice Nurse License.
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
