The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive health assessments and management of acute complex patients health problems in the Neuroscience department at JFK University Medical Center. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) NIGHT position that requires a minimum of 2 years nursing experience and a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing and an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program. The ideal candidate will have an Advance Practice Nurse License and AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification. The Nurse Practitioner will provide leadership and support to the overall area of specialty, educate unit staff, and assist in the development and annual review of policies and procedures. Additionally, the Nurse Practitioner will provide training/educational programs to staff and students to ensure competencies and best practices. This role is a great opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join the Hackensack Meridian Health team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
