The Senior Associate, Client Operations will be part of a growing Client Operations team on a well-known client. This position has tremendous learning potential and provides the opportunity to work on a high-energy, highly visible account.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with processing monthly billing and financial reporting
* Support the Operations Supervisor with miscellaneous Operations tasks and projects
* Project-manage large teams for specific deliverables on a monthly or ad hoc basis
* Prepare competitive reports
* Work with the entire investment team to lead monthly processes internally and externally
* Pull and compile data monthly or as-needed
* Provide system support and access control for MediaTools and MBOX
Requirements:
* Analytic mindset
* Proactive problem-solving skills
* Eye for detail
About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent support to the Operations Supervisor and Operations Associate Director.
