Job Summary

The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for educating patients on home monitors and providing ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and provide high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet outbound call volume quota
  • Manage client accounts
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Accurately log daily activity
  • Provide detailed, precise notations of patient conversations
  • Responsible for educating patients on remote monitoring
  • Enrollment of patient information and equipment ordering
  • Technical support knowledge of remote monitors
  • Assist with remote monitor setup and maintaining connection
  • Discuss general insurance coverage with patients
  • Insurance verification and benefits check
Requirements
  • Bilingual (Preferred)
  • Professional Communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
