About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team as a Preoperative Coordinator. As a key member of our surgical center team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless patient care from scheduling to surgery.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete patient's medical history via pre-operative phone call or Center's preoperative triage visit.
  • Ensure pre-operative requirements for scheduled procedure have been communicated accurately to patient or designated representative.
  • Collaborate with other staff members and departments to coordinate total patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current Indiana LPN or RN license.
  • Current BLS certification or certification obtained by completion of orientation.
  • Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills required to facilitate effective interaction with a variety of health care professionals.

Salary Range:$55,000-$70,000 per year based on experience.
