About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cage and Vault Supervisor to join our team at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safekeeping of cash assets and ensuring compliance with tip regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Cage Cashiers, Vault Clerks, and OTB Tellers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and teamwork.
  • Conduct daily vault and cash bank counts, prepare bank deposits, and maintain accurate records of monetary exchanges and transactions.
  • Resolve customer issues, answer public inquiries, and address concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide cashier services, including cashing tickets and preparing deposits, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports related to auditing of casino paperwork and communicate with managers regarding any issues or concerns.
  • Assist guests with race results, reading programs, and advice on types of bets, as well as issuing vouchers and explaining how to place a bet at OTB operations.
Requirements
  • Two years of cash handling experience, with prior management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with large sums of money and apply basic math skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers to enter, access, or retrieve data.
