Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline workflow for the mass production of new or replacement components for manufacturing equipment.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

  • A two-year degree from a Technical School in Machine Tool and Die is required.
  • Preferred experience includes two years of training in a machine shop with a focus on tool and die practices.

Physical Requirements

Medium Work: The role involves exerting 20 to 50 pounds occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds frequently, or up to 10 pounds consistently. The physical demands exceed those typical for Light Work.
