Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

About the Role:
At Daniel Stark Law, we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our litigation team, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in the preparation and presentation of cases. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results for our clients, and your passion for justice will drive our mission to hold big insurance companies accountable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a docket of cases, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and present cases in court, including drafting and editing legal documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and case management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal or in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law, litigation procedures, and court rules.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including case management systems and document preparation tools.
