Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to support our team at Moran Law Firm PLLC. In this role, you will provide critical support in all phases of the litigation process, including legal research, document preparation, and court appearances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research and investigation to support case development
  • Prepare and file case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
  • Ensure accurate and timely document management and organization
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
  • Assist with discovery requests and maintain documentation
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal or similar role is required
  • Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferred
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with document management experience
  • Excellent research skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and case management software
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
